Class action suit vs. iHub: Mark dug this up & we have some dialogue going on this in his thread on the Facebook page. I got some feedback on this from Steve: "
...I posted his response on the Facebook thread & I think it might-well be helpful if we do some collective follow-up brainstorming about this. I also sent an email to Mr.Kaiser at Global to see how (& if) we , as shareholders , might be of service in seeking mutually-beneficial justice in this matter...iHub is in desperate need of some 'corrective surgery' & if we have to club the bastards & strap them to the table to make that happen , so be it. If viable (as investors) , 'this' is our chance to actually 'do something meaningful' about this , instead of being thrown overboard by iHub to flounder in the web-sea , w/out a lifeboat. If it comes down to it , I'd rather have no iHub at all , than to maintain their shame as a being a fair-reputable-ethical forum....NOT
