So why would Ambs sell. Let's throw a umber out there of a sale for say 50 mil of the lympro asset. That assumes a decent amount of validity to a buyer. If it is of that value, why not reap the rewards of owning it for two years, pocket the profit of say 35 mil over two years and then sell it for 50 mil more. All on Icons back and not on ambs's back. It doesn't make sense unless lympro has issues and the value is not there.
