I do not believe it will hurt the share price of AMBS. We would likely get around 3/4 0f a share for every share of AMBS. Maybe 1/2 a share. It depends on the share structure they want to start with. AMBS would hold a largre part and everyone will benifit from the growth of the spinoff. That spinoff will become its own publicly traded company with revenue. It's a win win for all .
