Wow. The conversion rates on the notes issued are despicable. Either these guys are downright desperate in necessity to raise funds, or they are supremely confident they can pay the notes quickly. The latter looks to be rather unlikely, to be honest here. Quite disappointed in the ongoing business model of a company that is supposed to be on the verge of generating significant revenues. 841 MM shares issued for conversion of old notes should have cleared the majority of it up, but due to conversion terms, it does not appear that a majority of debt has been repaid. They had better have some damned good numbers for the month of November, and I am speaking of an exponential increase, if there is going to be any hope for a good recovery. Like I said, very disappointed. Just an honest opinion.

All it says in that PR is that wagering surpassed 10 million USD. So all that happened was that 10 million dollars worth of bets was placed in their casino. For example, It could have been one guy that bet 10 million USD and walked out with 20 million USD and we are bankrupt. we have no idea how much if any of that 10 million USD is revenue. That's all I'm saying.
I know the above is an extreme example and,
I know that in reality it was probably lots of little bets and lots of losses and a few wins along the way that generated that 10 million dollars in wagering. but still we do not know how much of that wagering activity if any at all translated into revenue for the company.

What if you are right and Logma Holdings inc. knows something we didn't and fully intends for this stock to go back to .03 and so does Goodman. In fact so do the "accredited investors" in the recent form D offering.
That would be incredible to witness.

I will thank the tick flippers and manipulating MMs tmro when i load up more down here. I've done my DD here. The notes are tiny..no more than 140M dilution by cd holders over the next 6/7 months. Big revs from multiple sources coming. The $250K for October from just one source is just the beginning.
