Omg TRTC ended down today? It was at .30 on Monday what a disaster
Guess I didn't need that Pepto at work today.....someone said for TRTC longs to bring Pepto to work because it was going to be bad......more fear that did not materialize......huh!
Forbes profiled FIT$ claiming they were going to be the first MJ grower!!
The stock went from .005 cents to .10 cents !!
Have you checked where they are now?!!

I wouldn't be too excited about the article - as it appears the investment community has looked at TRTC and is staying away.
8 provisional license - and the PPS has gone down. That should tell you everything you need to know about how well thought of is Peterson and TRTC.
It takes about 5 minutes to look at the financials and see a company in financial distress - and a CEO that has never had a profitable quarter.
it is easy to see that TRTC has been setup as a insider enrichment scheme.
$13,000 per month to lease 5 acres of land - only in TRTC.
$3 million in bonuses.
Amy dumping shares and committing securities violations.
The investment community has seen enough of TRTC to know the only people making money is the insiders.

LOL!!! according to the S-1 and the latest 10-Q the lawsuit and how it is adjudicated isn't "moot" as you would say.
Let's see from the S-1 we find:

Peterson put it in the S-1 and acknowledged the lawsuit in the 10-Q. So it is germane to TRTC - and the results could be catastrophic to TRTC shareholders.
I know you want this nightmare to end - but just pretending it doesn't exist won't make it go away.

Right, no pending litigation. That is not the question or issue. The fact is they had a case and there was a settlement that happened. The issue is that they need to disclose whether it affected TRTC or not. It should have been mentioned in the 10q and an 8K should have been filed. Until they disclose the details of the settlement, there will still be the lingering question of how it may have affected TRTC.
