And with both in hand, the PPS is no higher than at the ending of 2013 where the stock closed at .0798. And then there is that dilution issue.
Today's close is lower than what the stock was at on Dec 31st, 2013. It's not my opinion. It's fact.

Yes, one can make the case the stock is higher if you go farther back, but not YTD and not any consolation to those who bought in June or July of this year. Sorry if the facts are inconvenient for you. But the good news is that the year isn't over. Maybe we'll start to see recovery of that shareholder value that was lost over the last 5 months.
