Cen Bio has 20 days from the last council meeting to file an appeal and so far there is no indication that this has been done! I believe the 20 day period will end Saturday or Sunday depending if you count the last meeting date as day 1 or the following day as day 1. Either way, 20 days will end up this weekend so they have until the end of this week, therefore I expect something by Friday, with a little luck the zoning issue(s) resolved and a license, boooyah!
