This site has great historical trading data for DUTV where you can put in start and end dates and find out how many shares were traded and the dollar value of the trades.

It's a great tool to calculate the amount of money that has traded hands in DUTV. If you think there's a serious short position on DUTV and are willing to search back through the years, you can certainly find share prices that the largest number of shares traded hands.
Could be but I'm not convinced. DUTV has given the Market many years to cover and shorted shares based on the share price where a majority of shares have been sold over the past 3 years.
