Even though everyone understands the need for a public company to keep their trap shut, never have that 3rd martini with a shareholder and slip one out there, it remains that us shareholders are starving for tid bits so we have something to munch on and chat about right here.
I know a CEO very well of another company where I hold a boatload of shares, attend all the shareholder meetings, call and talk to him often, visit one on one now and then, so I tell et al here, being SEC compliant is a BIG deal. They use the services of a local attorney who is their SEC advisor. He reviews their filings, press releases, what they intend to present at shareholder meetings, and unless he approves it, the communication cannot be sent out in it's present form. He edits, they update the document, he signs off on it, then it goes to the public. This guy (I've met and talked with him) sits in the from row at shareholder meetings. When Q&A starts, the CEO looks at him and gets the OK or not to answer the question.
Igor will communicate what he can, when he can.
Until then, we are bored...lol.
