WATCH BKRT BKMM WDCO. This is paper going away which is a good thing. It's my opinion that Seaside is BKRT/BKMM you will see them on offer at 5k (Its a lot more than 5k as it's a not held order) and WDCO (.0525 PP holders) selling paper. It is also my opinion that a good # of people who did the PP will hold a majority of their shares for prices greater than .088 to .12 cents. There is far less paper to deal with than 4 months ago. Right now the paper is being gobbled up the last 3 weeks as volume has been surging to the extent of over 9m shares the last 3.5 weeks getting rid of A LOT OF PAPER WSHICH IS A GREAT SIGN.


Bottom line: I believe the majority of the paper will be gone by end of q2 2015 imho
