Well having traded pinkies long enough, I have seen see many CEO's use this as a reason to scam shareholders and eventually walk away by making their money with increasing AS and even doing RS. I am glad there are some restrictions on RS now, as compared to a few years back. But I am not saying tha BCAP is a scam, just making a point on why many are nervous and have a hard time accepting the process of small businesses in penny stocks. I would love for BCAP to succeed and Matt to put a PR saying what has been accomplished and what else is in the works ........IMO
