That would be NITE. It wad they that caused SRGE to be suspended. Also NITE were naked short selling shares in SRGE creating a heavy NSS position.
All that SRGE needs to do to create a run is to file for a symbol change with FINRA and the transfer agent has to account for all shares and all those naked short positions have to be covered at the prevailing market price.
