The preferred shares is a way to raise needed investment but how this will work will be explained December 1st. How we will get to 2015
BPD in 2015 will take real investment.
BigSur Treaty is strange little company. We must have some large shareholders that will not let this company fail. Chris must have some friends to. We may be in for a substantial ride over the next 3 years.
