I don't believe we will do the drilling. We are starting out with a non-operating working interest in the lease of some 800 acres (I think).It has been producing for some time. We get the retro oil production back to June of 2014.(nice negotiating Chris). I know he had wanted September at least.This lump sum payment will be used to reduce the purchase price of our working interest.There is one new well coming on before year end and another during 1st qtr of 2015.
