Here is the key part of the CC announcement:
"plans to host a conference call with the INVESTMENT COMMUNITY."
After looking at this sentence I realized that existing shareholders are not the primary audience for this CC.....Institutional Investors are....WALL STREET!!!
Gerald may outline what AMBS intends to do over the next several weeks and is using this CC to alert and solicit institutional investors.
