Why hold the CC call at 8 am Eastern Time? That is 5 am on the West Coast!! I realize it gives them an hour and a half before the market opens, but making shareholders in California wake up by 5 am to participate in the CC seems peculiar to me. They could just as easily hold the CC after the market closes, as they have done before. People in Geneva would still be awake, although it would be after 10 pm for them. (David Lowe)
