Update on n-assay patent.
The application is finally showing up in the uspto pair database. As of now it is under accelerated examination since nnlx paid for track 1 status. There has been a non-final rejection issued with only 101 and 112 rejections in it. This is possibly a good thing since the office is saying that there is nothing out there that is similar, only that there are issues with the way the invention has been claimed. Nnlx has filed amendments to correct these issues. Assuming that the amendments are good and that they do not cause new references to be applied, the next step would be allowance of the patent.
It is possible that there may still be issues in the case, but since the case is track 1, they might still be corrected and handled quickly.
