BIG NTEK Update:
To say these have been tough times would be an understatement. Those of you that took advantage to add at these low levels this past week should be smiling over the next few weeks IMO. Also if you have been biting your fingernails to the nubs or contemplating driving your car off a cliff, I'm glad you didn't. I believe the next few weeks we are going to see a very significant reversal and investor confidence shift back to the positive.
I'll be the first to admit EVERYONE including myself hyped the NP-1 way too much early on when really the key to all this relative to 4K is and has been UltraFlix. That does NOT say that I don't think the NP-1 has a significant role as I do. I too expected the product to be on the shelves of every major retailer this holiday season. That single handedly resulted in the sell off we have witnessed the past month. Especially this past week. Communication could have been better about the overall strategy and focus of the company as it pertains to this holiday season. It may have curved the unloading that occurred.
That being said I think we will all hear what the company's true plans are for this holiday season over the next few weeks. There has been a pattern if you look back at events over the past 12 months. The last significant silent period we went through while the pps was tanking the company came out with the Sony and Vizio news. I'm convinced we are going to hear news to that caliber if not greater over the next few weeks.
Bottom line is that we need something special and significant as the hard core reality is that we are now in flipper heaven and the MM's will be licking their chops if a hard move north occurs as they will expect to be able to short this back down as that has been the pattern this past year. Anytime you have 100% swings like we have witnessed over the past 2 months that is just a reality that you must try to weather through.
I'm not going to try and blow smoke up any of your asses and tell you this is going to rocket north and never look back. Investor confidence is at an all time low for a multiple of reasons. There will no doubt be a few longs that have gotten weary of this yo yo looking to unload as soon as it starts to move north again. That is also an unfortunate product of what has transpired over the past few weeks.
Now you all may read this update and say, "damn I thought this was supposed to be a positive update??" My answer, "it is!!". It's time to get real and dig our way out of this hole we are in.
It's up to the company to deliver at this point and I'm convinced they are going to do just that and it begins this week.
Look for a significant reversal beginning THIS week!
Here is my comment to Bennies post/// Like Elvis used to sing " It's now or never "
HMMMMMM, Didn't think you could give us anything concrete as that would be insider info, I agree it is nearing now or never time ya may want to remind NTEK that Christmas is next month, and Black Friday in two weeks. They have a LOT to get done in short order...speaking of orders...I don't expect great fins as far as bottom line but I do expect to see increased revenues. Profits maybe not too much but the revs had better have increased...it is Sh** or get off the crapper time for Nanotech..Thanks for sharing your sentiments Bennie...I agree and hope you are right or things will get very ugly quick here. To say communication could have been better is laughable, it has been nonexistent. Nothing good grows in the dark and Nanotech had better turn on the lights and hang up their shingle announcing YES WE ARE IN BUSINESS and it is good! I will be waiting. I know what I THINK I own here just waiting for some clarification and updating.
