I'm a very "on time" guy so I can't understand why they would file an extension for normal business operations. Perhaps they are like typical sales people and keep very poor records and create a huge mess for their accountant. If so eventually they will hire enough people to keep stuff straight enough to file on time. Thats still no excuse. I would prefer they be very timely.
