I think the award is great. What I would like to know is: what has he been working on over the last few months to receive such an award? I sent an email to IPA looking for more background info-didn't find anything on a Ukrainian search engine. If anyone has more info on the specifics of the award or a press release in the Ukraine with more details that would be appreciated.
