You can ask him to clarify anything that he has stated in a CC or PR.  I believe questions that deal with company progress (preferred shares sales, brokerage firm acquisition, etc.) are off limits until he publically discloses the specific information.

Dwyer should be busy over the course of the next few weeks so I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't get back to you.  If you have comments/questions for him I would still email him and see what response you get back.
