Well I dont think you have to be affraid to be outright honest. MD is supposed to be a smart business man and he needs to step up and show that he is.

success in what he plans to do comes from investors.

The whole Idea is to gain investors not lose them, and this should be  part of the business plan too.

Apparently its not.

MD wouldnt even step up for the company after he did damage to it.
