The bid is reducing because many thought/hoped they would get 1's.
I think that at least 2 to 400 mil will be pulled off the bid when they realize 1's are not for sale... Not every bidsitter is a BCAP supporter and they won't chase it once BCAP goes higher... Just a bunch of opportunists waiting for a quick 100% flip IMO
