Bigger potential catalyst is the critical mass gained from pooling concessions and the resultant organic growth of CWRN with intersted new investors.  I'd PM'd some folks awhile ago that I'd heard the Bao deal was off the table, but life in the world of second/third hand info is often conflicting at best.  But Bao is still an ore buyer... among many suitors, IMO.
