Maybe "new investor confidence". The longs and newer investors already in TECO who have done their DD will find nothing they don't already know in these financials. Maybe there are some investors out there that have a certain rule "they won't invest unless all financials are filed." I understand that requirement but it doesn't mean they will be happy with what they read in those reports. Why would those numbers make a difference for capitol investment individuals or firms?
