I truly think the real key here is to do some homework. If a person chooses to listen to others TA without doing their own homework, well, you may be taking a risk.
No decision on to buy, sell, or hold should EVER be based on someone else's homework. Not when it is YOUR MONEY. That is just foolish if you think about it.
When any person here gives TA , or other info, I really try to verify it because I have personally gotten it wrong simply by taking it for granted that the information was correct. When you loose enough money doing that, you will stop, and do your own homework and understand how to do the math.
Dandaman, I am not picking on you in particular here, but, more as a general message to all. You sound to me like you have a plan of action, and I commend that. It is exactly what you need to do.
