I do not know for sure that they have not sent it up the chain yet, but, if you listen to the comments at the end of the meeting, you will hear them say they have to discuss the details further, and then have another meeting. With the post I responded to earlier, from another person, he said he spoke to the clerk and what was said is that it was not sent yet. It makes sense to me because of what was said at the meeting. I am trying to keep it real and to the facts. Don't need any more rumors. I hope this helps. GLTA
