The financing is in the form of restricted shares given at a premium to today's close price. How many pennystocks do you know receive not only $12.5Million in funding, but that's non-dilutive, non-death spiral, non-Asher, AND AT A PREMIUM!?
Reason #2 - Stockpiled ore is worth $33Million Link for further DD on the stockpiled ore
Two of CJTF's mining sites have stockpiled ore, meaning it is ready to be processed, or being processed currently. How many penny stocks have products just waiting to be converted to cash?
Reason #3 - Underground ore estimates top $5.8BillionLink for further DD on underground estimates
Two of CJTF's properties have a total of nearly $6billion in underground estimates. Not only that, but there are 2 more properties that haven't been released yet. As well as multiple other properties in discussion to acquire! That $5.8Billion will soon grow substantially.
