Bigger question/issue is do preferreds go to shareholders based on number of common shares held or individual shareholder dollars invested? Those of us who invested large and are down large should be first in line IMO.

Or, maybe preferreds are only offered to these large shareholders whomever they may be and the rest of us common holding folk sit and watch what happens as more commons get re-sold.

We need full details and the sooner the better.
