NT what you have stated is absolutely right. Before I'm on the side of R/S because of the billions of shares outstanding in billions, but all the stocks I have that was R/S is worth nothing at this point plus we have to pay broker to the ticker change.
However, I could see along the way that R/S in inevitable in the future. But if A/S is also reduced then it will be ok to refrain them from diluting. Let's just not talk of R/S for now because Joel is trying hard to make this company in better shape, that is when Congress and Ghana will start production. I'm hopeful his plan will come into reality. GO...GO...GO...$MNGG. Keystone will be another icing on a cake.
