Ahh. Your conveyance of that was uncharacteristic of your typical dialogue.
The company implemented new accounting systems and procedures to speed up processing and add cost efficiencies. Further, this week is the largest cannabis business convention in the nation. I generally do not attend events unless I am speaking, however, the response was larger than expected. Many opportunities arose to meet with colleagues, future strategic partners, and various other deal opportunities from across the nation that wanted to co-create opportunities. The right decision for the company was to attend the conference with several of our team members.
However, I would not be available to look over our final financial paperwork, and give my full attendance to the conference. Thusly, we filed for a 5 calendar day extension to seize opportunity.
The company has put tremendous work into bringing the company Current, and will continue to maintain this status.
