In the case of BCAP it would reassure those on the sidelines that it ain't a scam like it has been touted a zillion times. If Matt can show increased Assets & decreased liabilities, proof of the TA, maybe a small amount of revenue (although I don't expect any), and maybe the amount of debt he holds in TGGI & RIGH, and what amount he already invested in one of those two comapnies who want to do a S-1... I think BCAP will be moving on up to a higher trading channel... Hopefully we get a PR of that brokerage he has in sight and we're off to the races again... JMO
