FYI to clarify the $ICBU PR from yesterday:
[6:09:04 AM] Common_ Cents: this is NOT a loan. ICBU will receive proceeds from the Chipawa Indian tribe who are the BORROWERS, NOT ICBU. These proceeds will be used to do the work described in the PR. This is NOT a loan. and to Jancie Shell....there will be NO SBLC. The Indian tribes in the United states have plenty of money and that is well known.
