No, JP, I can't guarantee that when the RS comes it won't wipe out the majority of small investors. All I can rely on is the continued reassurances of our CEO that they will only uplist from a position of strength, when the market more accurately recognizes the value of their assets, and that they will postpone uplisting if necessary rather than do a large RS for the purpose of uplisting. You can believe that or not, but if not, why in hell would you stay invested here? I think most rational people would define that as DUMB.

I also can't guarantee that Gerald won't take the company private and screw us all. I also can't guarantee that my shares are even valid, since they are stored electronically and not actually in my hands. I also can't guarantee that I will wake up in the morning.

At some point this boils down to whether you trust the management or not. If not, time to Grow a Pair (balls or vagina, doesn't matter to me) and move on.
