I'm not in the CE program, so I'm not taking any CE courses.
Bloated shareholder? That's the same lame excuse I've heard before. My lack of concern over a 100-to-1 RS isn't because of my share position... it's because it's not going to happen. Do you seriously believe the company would do that knowing there would be a mass exodus of shareholders starting the minute after it was announced? The share price would drop so low they'd have to do a 500-to-1 to compensate if they still wanted to uplist. Use your brain, man. I will certainly be among those exiting the stock if a large RS is done.
How about we drop the "bloated" shareholder routine. It only makes those who use it look petty and uninformed.
