$PKGM CEO of Pocket Games, Inc., David Lovatt, commenting on the discussions, stated, "This acquisition will be a perfect fit for our company. The synergies internally will be strong and the opportunity for increased revenues through business development for Games Testing contracts in the U.S. and Europe are significant." He continued, "After seeing the strength and competitive pricing of the Games Testing Company during the testing of our own projects over the past twelve months, we began to negotiate the acquisition of the Gaming Company."
