advice is to send any *discrepancies* pertaining to PTOI bids bypassed

to

marketregcomplaints@finra.org

make sure to put PTOI in the header with as many specifics (brokerage/time order originated/order price/size)

as i'm listening to CNBC finally address another level of *collusion* re: markets

i have no doubts every LT P2O investor has at multiple discrepancies pertaining to PTOI to document
