On the title of the topic for that meeting it states:
' Adoption of Levy by - Law'
So, I looked up what the legal reference was on that and got the following, which made the only sense of the several I found to cover separate points of law. Can anyone tell me if this is the right one?
The reason I ask, is because if this is the correct definition, then it would appear that they plan to change the zoning to introduce a new tax structure. I haven't seen anything specific to FITX. Has anyone else ? GLTA
