$PEPR show a VOL Breakout. This one definitely looks like it may be worth the risk if traders want to enter. PPS head butted Upper Bollinger Band and fell back down to the Support/Resistance line at .003. 

Bollinger Bands are closing in on each other so I would expect a PPS breakout shortly after the confirmed VOL breakout. RSI still not north of 50 but its trending in that direction. The VOL is strong as it was all buying as you can see with the hige A/D spike. 

I would expect a higher move this coming week. A quick gainer for sure, but still there is a lot of upside and reward for the risk!
