I spoke with him yesterday again mostly just to follow up about the PR... He kept referring to the one they released following the Nov 5 th meeting. I think I must have not heard him clearly on Friday but yesterday it sounded like they have been consulting with the attorneys but not specifically to organize a PR... Everything to say thus far has been said.
Suing the town is not practical from any angle...CEN is in the right and political channels and the next level of gov't are their focus...he referred to BC and their decision re: agricultural zoning as well as another case but I can't remember it. He sounded confident and not concerned that this could take time with the bump they have had in the way but it doesn't change the goal or direction of the company...they will get there...
