Here is where I start having issues with the town and what the company did inside of the building. Obviously, there was plumbing, electrical, and a massive vault, office space, security camera's, etc.,etc., put in place. All that HAD TO HAVE PERMITS. Or the large majority of it. So, the argument is that ALL THEY HAD FOR PERMITS WAS A POLE BARN FOR STORAGE. I don't think that fits the scope here. They kept allowing the build out with out the critical one????? That to me is just hard to understand. Because if they did, then it would appear that that was a set up to begin with, and if I was on the counsel, I would HATE to explain that in front of a judge. It would be quite embarrassing, I would think. GLTA
