Ok , thanks for the info on the development permit. I know nothing of construction process in Canada. But, based on what you guys have said....not an issue. Also, Law Dogs said he would contribute to an answer for me as well.
I picked that from the explanation of the process for zoning and MMPR posted earlier. Other than that, I can't find anything in the process that is restrictive to us in moving forward except H /C ISSUING A DAMN LICENSE......Grrrrrrrrrrrrr GLTA
