You crack me up. Sounds like a politician twisting words. It's not a large company and was a lot smaller a year ago. You're not going to get a world class CEO with tons of experience to run a company like that. So you're left with growing someone into that position or replacing someone that took the company from the ground into that position.

I'm ok with giving someone the opportunity to grow since he's worked hard to date. I think he's invested in the company from a personal standpoint and that matters to me. Not someone that's going to come along, put in a year or two, take his golden parachute and move on to a better opportunity.
