With the PPS ridiculously low the company has the opportunity to buy back a great deal of shares and retire them. Now would be better than at .08 or .10.

would that be a realistic course of action right now? If the whole zoning/lakeshore council drama being played out the company should capitalize on the PPS as much as possible and reduce the total share count.
