I agree fully with you, and I'm not touching his posts. Taken together, it looks to me like he is skirting the edge of, if not already into 18 USC section 875 (c).

I'm no attorney, nor do I play one on TV, but it would seem to this layman that deletion of such posts might hinder enforcement actions, whether planned or currently in motion.
