This is still a pink sheet stock. The MMs control the pps. It certainly is not unreasonable to think the MMs more than capable of dipping below .01 even if briefly. I do though doubt it would remain there for any length of time since several people have expressed the desire to purchase shares at such a totally ridiculous level...including yours truly.
