McHenry won't release anything until he gets the funds he needs to pay for the Audit, attorney letter, etc.
What good is releasing a Q with $5 million revenue when everyone now know that he doesn't have the liquid cash he needs to get the news out to the street properly?
Garry has got to sit on this until the funds start to flow and he knows it, or else he will just have more complaints about useless reports of revenue that don't positively impact the share price.
Garry is an RIT grad. he does, at least, understans that equation. IMHO.
