Just had a weird thought re: the increased A/S.
In my discussion with misanthrope (otob) about my Bodie affecting the PPS hypothesis, I realized that IF Bodie won the lawsuit and IF Marani paid the settlement in shares, Bodie would be paid 280+ million shares (using today's PPS as the price.)
Is it conceivable that Marani expects to lose the Bodie lawsuit and one reason for raising A/S is to have the ability to pay the settlement in shares?
