He's the one who sounds like a complete moron. He keeps saying there's a difference between restricted shares and dilution. Smart investors, (non morons) know that restricted shares become un, restricted, after only 6-12 months. And those smart non moronic investors consider that those shares are now part of the outstanding shares and in a few months can be sold, just like any other non moronic share.
