Please someone with knowledge in this matter. Please review. Give best case, worst case, what it should be normal time.
AM I wrong? by-laws did not pass yet! another vote scheduled next meeting. than if passed goes to county. after it is reviewed and if they pass. It would be 20days from that point to appeal. how long does appeal take.
